Bargara Shoes Returns and Refunds Policy

What if my new shoes don't fit?

No worries! We’re happy to help you exchange for a better size.

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact us first—you’ll need a return authorisation before sending anything back. This must be done within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Once you have your return authorisation, send the item back
  3. We’ll do our best to swap it for the needed size, but if we don’t have it in stock, we’ll work with you to find a great alternative or issue a store-credit

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, and in original condition, with tags remaining attached and in original packaging.
  • Items should be packaged neatly before returning.
  • If an item is not clean we may be unable to process the exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • $12.95 Australia-wide

Return Policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned! Whether there's a fault with your item or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ve got a return option for you.

Faulty Items

We stand by the quality of our footwear. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Depending on the fault, we may ask you to send the item back or simply provide photos—this is at our discretion.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement until we receive either the item or the requested photos. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns

If your item doesn’t fit, the colour isn’t quite what you expected, or you just don’t love it as much as you thought—no worries!

  • We happily offer an exchange for a different size if in stock
  • Prefer a store credit? You’ll get the full purchase amount to spend
