What kind of payments do you accept?
Online we accept all major credit & debit cards, afterpay, paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Union Pay.
Instore we accept cash and all of the above except Amex, Union Pay, and Shop Pay.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a BNPL financial service that lets you pay in instalments. For my information please check their website www.afterpay.com.au
When will my order be processed?
Once order confirmation has been sent to you, your order will be processed between 1-3 days
How do I know if my order has been sent?
A tracking number will be sent to your email address that your order will be registered to. (please ensure your email address is correct before finalising your order)
How do I know when my order will arrive?
An Auspost tracking number will be sent via email to your nominated email address. You will be able to see delivery updates from the AusPost website.
I have not received my order confirmation yet after I finished checking out my cart.
Please check that your confirmation email has not gone to your spam folder. Alternatively contact admin@bargarashoes.com and we can check to see if your order has been processed correctly.
I have ordered the wrong size can I return them for the right size?
Of course you can, contact us at admin@bargarashoes.com so we can arrange the particulars. If we do not have the correct size we can sort something for you
I have changed my mind on my purchase that I have received. Can I return and get a refund?
Provided certain criteria have been met (please see our refund policy), then yes you can.
What if I think there is a fault with shoes/sandals
We are happy to have a look at them, please contact us at admin@bargarashoes.com and send through a photo of your pair and a copy of your order and we'll be able to assess this on a case by case basis.
Alternatively if they are Birkenstocks you'll be able to send info and pictures directly as they'll give you an assessment of of your shoes, or sandals in a very quick manner.
